- removed function parameter classloader in class
FileHelper;
(Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader()
is used now)

- added function
StreamHelper.getInputStreamForName to load files
or other resources from classpath (also in .jar
files!)

- added 101 junit test for every class and every
public method to have 100% downward
compatibility in future versions!

after 3 beta versions the first release is out.
the current utilties already will be used at http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmlhttplib
this library will grow with every release of the dependent projects.
