#1 perl and some scripts

Some of the tct* scripts (lazarus and grave-robber)
use #!/usr/bin/perl5.00503. #!/usr/bin/perl5.00503
does not exist. Perhaps a ln from /usr/bin/perl to
#!/usr/bin/perl5.00503 and any other perl versions
that are supposed to exist.
