#1 issue with the transparency in pixel art

i donated 4 pounds so i could use all the features but when i choose transparency back ground thing i save the sprite i import it to my game and its got white background?? someone please help so i can save hours of my time from cropping the white out the game engine thinks the white is a part of the sprite see.
