I have authored a patch to the English language file which replaces uses of the slightly awkward "he/she" with "they," which, in my opinion, makes a lot of the stats read better when a gender is not set for a nick.
As the patch tracker is closed, I have pushed this change to GitLab; https://gitlab.com/geoffstokes/pisg/compare/dc207e231...master
