Photo Collection version 0.3.1 was released on August 3rd. It is now considered nearly stable, and is available for download at <a href="http://photo.sourceforge.net/">http://photo.sourceforge.net</a>.
It is now more easy to theme the pages, and more administration can be done online (via the web interface). Enjoy!
