Learning more about how all this sourceforge stuff works. Following the docs (may God bless all you documentation writers) I was able to get version 1.0 into a downloadable tar.gz

I uploaded the PhonePing.pl into the CVS repository today. My first CVS experience solo. Thank god for Documentation and HOWTOs. I also included my .rmd files which have all the messages in them.
