Board widget live games broadcast

This is a specific application of the pgn4web live broadcast feature.

The example below shows how the board widget can be used for live games transmissions, by setting the following parameters:

• pgnData = URL of the file containing the PGN games (file MUST be in the same domain)
• refreshMinutes = live broadcast delay (default 0 = live broadcast disabled)
• refreshDemo = if set true sets live demo mode (default false)

Setting headerDisplay=live enables an header display mode showing clock information, when available from the PGN file.

This allows for easy customization of the live broadcast user interface, using the features of the board widget. A more sophisticated user interface for live games broadcast is available in live-compact.html as shown in the live broadcast demo.
