after adding few of the users and the groups the add new user or group button will disappear from the page and also system alert message page will no visible on screen and won`t able to visit that page of the system.

the scenario is like this
this is my administrator login but i donot know why it is gonna disappear from it.
Hi, what are the settings of your user? Your user must be member of group PF_Admin. Did you tried log-out and login again?
