Deadman's Elbow (even though its used only once) doesn't combine across different forms unlike the other reageants for spellcasting. Thus it's possible to have 5-6 different forms of it that don't stack...

Thanks for the report. Pentagram has now been integrated into ScummVM, and I've fixed this in the ScummVM version.
