How to start Pentagram with the GERMAN version of Ultima 8 from GOG?

At the moment, even if I point the path in pentagram.ini to the U8.exe inside the GERMAN Folder, the game always starts in english.
This looks like a problem of Pentagram and not ot Ultima 8. With DosBox I can start the game in german.

Please help.

The GOG version inside the GERMAN directory seems to have both the English and German usecode files installed, and we pick the English one. You can try deleting the file GERMAN/usecode/eusecode.flx, so it will only find the German (gusecode.flx) one.
