Avatar doesn't fall over when taking fall damage

In the original Ultima 8, when the Avatar jumps from a great height, he hits the ground and falls over, and then needs to pick himself up again. It's all rather dramatic. In Pentagram, the Avatar lands, makes a grunting sound, and then keeps on going. He doesn't seem to fall over.
This is indeed not implemented currently. The relevant function is GravityProcess::fallStopped().
