Cannot add feeds in PenguinTV 4.2.0

I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled PenguinTV, but I cannot get it to add feeds. I tried it from the task bar, the icon and command Ctrl-F. No field to fill out. Is this a Python dependency?
I have Ubuntu 14.04, and this is PenguinTV 4.2.0
