#63 fields printed when inherited.summary.table=internal

When inherited.summary.table=internal methods inherited
from classes and interfaces outside the scope of the
API are not printed (as per specs). However, a summary
table for inherited fields is always printed,
regardless of the value of inherited.summary.table.
