#62 Bookmark order is scrambled when using groups

When I use groups PDFDoclet does concatenate the
packages in the document in an order that corrssponds
to the order that the groups commands were passed to
it, and it does show the names of the groups in the
bookmarks, however the order of the bookmarks is
scrambkled and does not follow the order in which the
packages actually appear in the document.
