#31 Paper Format problems

We are having some difficulty with PDFDoclet, it wants
to generate output slightly larger than the printed
page and so the checkbox "Shrink oversized pages to
paper size" causes the output to scale down slightly.
The default behavior of this checkbox is unpredictable
from one user to the next. This is causing form data
that we are attempting to print onto pre-printed forms
to be incorrectly placed for some users. Obviously this
might be solved by training the users, but our best
choice would be if the PDF output were properly scaled
to start with so that scaling to fit did not have any
effect on the size. Do you have any thoughts or
suggestions that we might try, or do you have any
pointers as to where we might go hacking in the
PDFDoclet source code? Would you be willing to help us
with this issue?
