pdfcrack 0.21

Just a minor release to fix some compiler warnings.
The project is still in maintenance mode so issues mostly concern compiler-warnings, pdf-parser errors and better error-handling.

pdfcrack 0.19

Yet another release. Nothing really interesting except for fixes for parsing certain pdfs.
If you get "Error: Could not extract encryption information" from a pdf that is password-protected, you might want to try this out.

Also fixes a few odd issues that should never happen in real life, but does come up when fuzzy-testing (like AFL) saved state files.

Small updates to the pdfparser to fix a issue with pdfs where the encryption object could not be detected.
If you had this particular problem, please try with this version.
