#15 pdfTemplate.p file missing

Downloaded v3.3.3 and attempted to use the pdf_load_template function.

Have changed pdf_pre.i per our environment as follows:
$GLOBAL-DEFINE PDFDIR pdfinclude/

When RUN pdf_load_template in pdf_inc.p attempts:
RUN {&PDFDIR}pdfTemplate.p...
OpenEdge V10.1a Procedure Editor reports:
** "pdflincude/pdfTemplate.p" was not found (293)

Contents of v3.3.3 ZIP does not contain file named pdfTemplate.p.
Contents of v3.3.1 ZIP does not contain file named pdfTemplate.p.

Has the function name changed since change dated 03/23/04?
