#13 problem with new template

When using the external pdf template page with your
PDFInclude, it works fine. However when we create a
new template, it does not work. We are using the
distiller with Acrobat 5.x. When we edit your demo
template with Acrobat 5.x it also does not work. Does
your PDFInclude work with Arobat 5.x or only with 4.x ?
