#5 wont play games.

when I try to run a game on the emulator, ether a PS
CD or an ISO I downloaded, the entire screen will go
black for a few seconds, then it will go a little
lighter shade of black and my mouse will appear. it
will stay like this until I press ctrl+alt+delete,
after which the screen will go back to normal, and the
Task Manager will say that the programs not
responding, so I have to exit out of it. what's wrong?
