#6 PBA Broken on boot

This is what I DID:
1. Boot into PBA
2. Double click on "PBA Client" icon

This is what I EXPECTED to happen:
1. PBA client would launch

This is what ACTUALLY happened:
1. PBA Dialogue briefly flashes and does nothing

This is what I had to do to FIX it:
1. Start a terminal
2. Go to ./root and delete ip.txt

This is what I'd like FIXED:
1. Next version should not include this file.
