Simple management system for small clinic to keep track of the patients and their visits (records) to the clinic. It is desktop-based and uses Access with C#.
Ok the app works very fine. It is simple no more than the screens shots show. I have had to make some changes to make it run. I use VS 2010. See the attached file pms_code1.0.rar.
