#20 New feature: Summary panel

We'd like to request a new panel with a summary of the information:
- number of sequences / and ref genome sequences
- number of species represented / and ref genome species
- number of EXP annotations
- number of genes with EXP annotations
- number of ISS from PAINT
(I may be forgetting some items)
