It would be nice option. Just send email after scan,and
don't wait for exit from server - close local
connection and sending it 'in backgroud' (for big
emails) . If error occur, user could get email from
postmaster, etc.

This will be addressed in p3scan-3.x as I need a way for
p3scan to accept another message while still processing the
first one. This is planned for p3scan-3.x (threading).
