After about 15 minutes, one pseudorange in the solution
gets far out from all the other pseudoranges. This
causes the program to stop reporting the (bogus) new
solution.
This has only been seen to happen in my setup. Cliff
does not have this problem. It could be something
about the computer I'm using or it could be that I can
only see half a hemisphere with my antenna setup.
We have exchanged program binaries to verify it's not a
toolchain issue.
The exact cause is not known for sure. I believe it's
because of a "bit-slip"; that is, I'm not using the
correct bit of the week relative to the code
measurements I'm combining it with to get the
pseudorange measurement.

I have seen this problem. It appears to be due to it
