#155 Allow option to bypass homes/my documents

Openworkbench tries to install to a previous network location of My Documents folder.
It is impossible to run openworkbench as it looks for a non existant network path for my documents.
If the choice was available to choose this directory this would be solved.

Never run across that before.
Forget v1.1 and get the latest freely available OWB from ITDesign

Fill in you details (if you can manage in German).
CA does not offer free download of OWB anymore, but you can joint the CA PPM community wher you can discuss OWB issues. Thoug hte community is more for the user who have OWB with CA PPM.
