Authentication against LDAP, password may be changed by user, delete user and projects, some minor bugfixes

Requirement: Mobile phone or PDA with Java/HTML browser. The display size should be at least 128x128 pixels.

Supported and tested mobile browsers: Internet Explorer Mobile and Opera Min 3.x and 4.x. Not tested yet: Firefox mobile and Skyfire 0.8 beta.
For Administration and generating reports is still a bigger display recommend (notebook or PC).

The new release 2.2.1 includes the following features:
Password change and reset implemented: Admin can reset the password of a user now. User will get a random new one sent by mail. User can change his password after successfull login.
Team inheritance: Easy takeover of a team from a project into its sub-projects by activating a checkbox in the team edit form.
Languages: The spanish language is temporarily removed. No translators currently available.

The code is now completely revised for PHP5 compatibility. Using the original PHP4/PHP5 PEAR components for database access. auto-logout time can now be configured in config.php (incl. overide of php.ini setting). phpinfo.php now for diagnostic reasons part of the package. minor bugfixing.
