#318 The focus is not set to correct field when tab is switched

This was reproduced with Patterns test dialogtabtest4.
The dialog controls, for example dialog:edit allow to
specify what control should have focus when the page is
displayed or when tab is switched. This test has the
focus parameter specified two fields. The focus is
correctly set when the page is loaded e.g. even using
activetab url parameter. When the tab is switched
either using clicking on the tab label, tab header,
access key or help button, the focus is never set to
the control. This doesn't work in IE nor in Firefox.
