#314 Tab in Firefox can be activated only on hyperlink

Testing using Patterns tests dialogtabtest1 -
dialogtabtest4 I observerd that the tab can be in
Firefox activated only by clicking on hyperlink while
in IE it can be activated even when clicked on the tab
itself outside of hyperlink. The functionality in
Firefox is not correct, since it should behave as in IE
and the tab can be activated anywhere on the tab header.
