#2 Start ssh-agent after the update not possible

We have a environment AIX 5.2 ML 09 SP 3 in a p690 System on lpar mode.
After the ssh update from version 4.3.0.5200 to the last patch 4.3.0.5201 is a start of the ssh-agent not possible.
It shows a message: bind: Invalid argument

The output with truss ssh-agent shows.
