#414 features request: 1) Resizeable songs list 2) Checkbox "Do not print song Title"

Dear Opensong dev team!
Could you implement a couple of features in Opensong UI?

1) Resizeable songs list.
The problem is to see hidden part of song names (without font being too small)
2) Checkbox "Do not print song Title".
It consumes a lot of useful sheet space. Title is useless in worship.

Did you know, the song name, as shown in the song list, is distinct from the song title, which is used on slides and print outs? You can use this fact to make the songs distinguishable within the width you can see. Just rename the song to your liking.

The Song Lookup Window can be adjusted in it's with. So there is no issue when setting up a set, or when adding a song during presentation.

In the song list in the song editor, just click on it and see the full title on the right.
