Syhpon has an Objective-C interface and OpenSong is written in Xojo (former RealBasic). Besides integration glue code to be written for OpenSong, also a plugin that brings the Objective-C interface to the Xojo language vneeds to be developed.

The easier path would be to write a Server plugin for Syphon that uses the existing OpenSong API (http://www.opensong.org/home/api). That however requires one with Objective-C skills. And a Mac.
