I’m having a strange issue, and I seem to only have it with certain students and periods.

In several cases, teachers cannot save marked attendance. Most often, they fill in the circles, click save, and it returns to the same page with nothing marked. In other cases after clicking save the page fails to complete loading instead of returning to the same view as before. However if I do one student at a time, it saves. In fact, typically if I do everyone at once except for the top student in the list it saves.

Using the “Assign Absences” feature doesn’t appear to help, and I have the same results. Same thing through the Attendance -> Administration tab.

More complicated, the attendance report appears to be (mostly) accurate, but the absense summary is not! Further our attendance comments appear to not be retained!

Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone have any ideas? I don’t even know where to begin to look for a cause. I was considering reporting it as a defect, but I wanted to ask around here first to make sure I was not missing anything.
