Can't get the login page to load after installing OpenSIS RESPONSIVE

The installer has completed.

I get screen 5 saying "Congratulations! You have successfully installed openSIS." Then "Proceed to openSIS login" When I press the proceed button I get http://XX.XX.X.XX/opensis/index.php?modfunc=logout&ins=comp in the address bar and a blank screen.

I've checked mysql and the database has been created with the dummy school data.

Any help gratefully accepted.

I have the same issue with one exception. After the "congratulations..." when clicking on proceed to login in I'm taken back to the install/update page; justs loops back to the biggening.

Please help the OP and myself if you can.
