Menu buttons don't work, can't do anything

I've tried installing the responsive and regular stable versions. Once installed, it takes at least a minute to login. Once past the login stage, the menu/ nav bar doesn't do anything when I click on any of the links. Not only that, but the link address for every button is "http://127.0.0.1/opensis/Modules.php?modname=miscellaneous/Portal.php&failed_login=#". On top of that, I've checked console in Chrome when I click on links, and I keep getting the following errors:

Has anyone encountered this type of problem before?
