A use-case with several devices delivering data to one client has shown that we might need a more sophisticated filtering than the action-based one (which is provided by DPWS).

Approach: Allow for another filter dialect to express handle-based filtering, e.g., http://sdc-filter-dialect/parametrized-action-based (whereby this URI will be replaced by IEEE variants).
