What is about the risk of receiving erroneous messages (e.g. a bit tips over from 1 to 0 and a HR of "180" is reported as "080")? Is there a checksum or something similar?

    This requirement strictly prescribes a risk control measure specific to metrics. A manufacturer should not be forced to do it exactly that way. Moreover, SDC Glue already specifies:

    "R0047: An SDC PARTICIPANT SHALL mitigate RISKs related to delayed or lost MESSAGEs if they result in an unacceptable RISK."

    It should be sufficient to add a note that describes this measure as an example.
