OpenNHRP: 0.9.2 released

Changes from 0.9 (0.9.1 is buggy don't use it):
This release contains a bug fix that could crash opennhrp under some scenarios. Opennhrp-script is updated to contain an example for MTU route addition. And pid file locking is now done as first things to prevent accidental overwrite of opennhrp control socket.
