#24 winmx block

the winmx block is a bit easy to avoid. Seems that
changing the signature of winmx (now even possibile
inside the program if i remember well) opennapng allow it
to be connected.
Is possible to use some better way to recognise a fake
winmx client? now i have a tons of access of "cippalippa"
client, or something like that...
