#1 OpenMiracle SQL Fail - unable to install OpenMiracle

I seem to be having an SQL 2008 issue when installing Open Miracle.
The SQL fails. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it - I used in uninstall program to remove it, ran two registry programs to clean the registry and deleted the left over files from the C: folder. It get further than previously. Now when I try to install it, the preinstallation fail is (restart) required during the installation process.
I am using windows 8.1 64bit quad AMD laptop with 4 gigs ram.
I've tried everything I can think of, any help will be appreciated.
