Another that was resolved but never marked, this one occurs in CompoundFile.cs 1933. A value called ptr is used and incremented by four (presumably due it this origionally using pointer logic). But it uses counting logic everywere else other than that addition by four. This results in a chain only being able to contain the number of free blocks / four as a maximun number of blocks to be re-allocated.
