What does ISEE MTK do?
- Provide IPTV multicast testing environment It’s a very cheap solution comparing with building a real IPTV multicast environment

ISEE is a open source to development IPTV Service. For service developments, ISEE provides
IDK (ISEE Service Development Kit) for development of IPTV services, enjoying the
benefits of fast development, high stability, high performance, as well as supporting
various models of STB. For the turnkey system, ISEE provides karaoke (ISEE-KOD),
video-on-demand (ISEE-VOD), TV messaging (ISEE-TVMSG) etc. and various
turnkey services, suitable for use in many business or public locations. For multicast
video testing, ISEE provides ISEE MTK (ISEE Multicast Testing Kit) to assist the
IPTV network equipments and STB manufacturers to test multicast video streaming
transmission and playback functions. For IPTV OAM, ISEE provides IPTV network
system and server system the functions of alarm statistic and analysis, besides it also
provides video quality measurement function for super headend and all STB in the
IPTV platform.
