The first stage of identifying the technologies used is done. My apologies for taking such a long time.

Technologies

Main technology used will be Java, with some emphasis on J2EE.

The Barracuda presentation framework from Enhydra.org will be used.

Any servlet compliant container may be used and
that includes Tomcat, Resin, etc.

MySQL will be used as the primary database.
NOTEL: I am still open to suggestion for use of
