#35 add_data_tip doesn't work on bar_3d - Version 1.9.7

The error seems to be in the action script "Bar3D.as"

If you replace line 10:
this.set_values( lv['values'+name], lv['links'+name] );
with
this.set_values( lv['values'+name], lv['links'+name],lv['tool_tips_set'+name]);

and recompile the flash file open-flash-chart.fla
then the new swf seems to now correctly display the extra tooltips
