Released Windows binary version (made with py2exe) too.

Removed PyXML requirement.
Added Russian translation.

OpenDict 0.5.8 released. A few but important changes to work on Fedora Linux.

with soon to be released wxGTK 2.4.0.

The project is growing very slowly, I have no enough time to develop it, but I'm going to work with it in few months. My plan:
- Rewite portable code using wx only
- Make new project homepage
- Add code to CVS tree
- Search for new developers
