Add setting to fine-tune the delay in milliseconds between flashing and shooting
Camera app for Android.

Hello,
when I take a picture with the flashlight enabled, the resulting photo won't benefit from it because OpenCamera shoots the photo a bit too late. This is critical when scanning documents, since the flashlight is useful to eliminate shadows. To fix this, it would be nice to have a setting which allows manually specifying in milliseconds the (possibly negative) delay between flashing and shooting the picture.

I don't think Android allows control over the timing of the flash I'm afraid.
What device is this? Is it affected by Settings/"Camera API"? And when set to Camera2, is it affected by Settings/Photo settings/"Use alternative flash method"?
