The Beta 3 server bundle is delivered with report integration and report templates targeted for the ITILv3 IT service management (ITSM) processes. In addition there are some report templates for ITILv3 Continual Service Improvments (CSI). The Beta 3 server bundle can be tested at: http://demo.openeye.nu.

The Open Eye Beta 3 Server Bundle will be released 2010-05-03.

The ITILv3 ITSM report package can now be downloaded from the report-library in the files section.
The package includes: configuration item stats, cost control, customer satisfaction rating, incident list, problem list, request fulfillment list, release list and request for changes list. All these reports and more can be tested at: http://demo.openeye.nu

Open Eye Beta 3 features:
Service Desk for customer and partner self-service.
Reporting module including report templates, personal reports and published reports.

The Birt branch has been reintegrated in trunk. The nightly build will from now on include the report module.

Open Eye Beta 3 Preview can now be downloaded from the files section.

The server bundle includes the required BIRT integration files need to try out the reporting module.

The Open Eye Server Beta 2.1.1 is now available for download. The focus of the Open Eye Beta 2.1.1 release is bug fixes and stability enhancement.

Open Eye - Beta 2 is released together with an update of the ITIL v3 process package.

Open Eye Beta 2 is coming soon. It will contain a bunch of bug fixes as well as improvements to the web interface.
