Version 0.3 supports the refresh operation on the OPC group (an effective way of reading all OPC items in a group).

Added reading of OPC item properties
Added asynch write at OPC item level.
Moved from STL to ATL due to problem with STL and DLL's

Provided home page for OPC client, currently provides some design details of the toolkit. Will add more.

Version 0.1 of the OPCClient is now available for download. It does'nt yet support properties and can only browse namespaces in flat mode - but it works! and will improve.
