#415 Zoom Factor

Currently, the only way to change the zoom to a custom zoom factor (e.g. 1X) is to go under view, custom zoom factor, and then type your zoom. The bottom right hand corner of the program shows the zoom. If you could click the zoom factor in the bottom right hand corner, and type the custom zoom factor it would make mapper more user friendly.

The same thing could be applied to the position as well, however I am not sure how useful that would be.

I'm not sure if this will be used quite often. Zooming is quite simple with a mouse wheel. How often do we need a particular zoom?
