As if two generations in the last year aren't enough, now there's a third!!!

While wustenveld was busy taking care of other things in the last 4 months, developer curtisdf was busy taking pnBible to the next level. He has produced what he calls "phpBible", which is planned to have the same features as pnBible PLUS several more. phpBible is made for portability, and already has wrappers for both PostNuke and a stand-alone version. Finally, version 0.5.0 of pnBible is ready! This is the climax of some intense efforts during the past three weeks to release a much improved, high-quality version of pnBible. pnBible is the first and only Holy Bible search engine and referencing system designed for PostNuke.

Formerly known as Online Bible or "bijbelonline", it has an ENTIRELY NEW CODEBASE since version 0.4. It includes two searching interfaces, a pop-up referencing system, a Random Verse block, and a configurable Search Interface block. We have released second prerelease of pnBible 0.5 This prerelease contains the same features as the demonstration that you can see at http://onlinebible.sourceforge.net/

Maybe you have allready read it at http://onlinebible.sourceforge.net/ but the Bible project has a new developer: curtisdf!

He will help bringing the pnBible to a new level. In our test version it is now possible to use RAW Sword textfiles to install inside the pnBible module.

The website of Online Bible (new name: pnBible) is back online. I started working on the module again, had a big problem with the pnBible Extensions but I solved it this week ! You can download pnBible from the website, but you'll have to register first.

Version 0.3 is released, it contains search features and administrator features. You can download it at http://onlinebible.sourceforge.net

We have releases the 0.1 version of the Online Bible for Postnuke. We are still in the startup stage but we didn't want you to wait any longer to see something that works. We have included the Statenvertaling Bible, this is a Dutch Bible. We hope we will have the English King James soon.

Also we opened up our website at http://onlinebible.sourceforge.net where you can download all the laters versions of the Online Bible. We'll have a working version of the online bible on our website soon.
