The attribute Label (name of the abbribute to be show) and TooltipText (help text to be show) may be added to metamodel to ease the user to understand model and metamodel.For instance for the attribute isDynamic Label="Is Dynamic" TooltipText="Allow to the Owner to change Item and Issue structure".This is required to implement the Change Request 2563411 "renaming of UI elements","adding of short description of the different configuration options"
